Payment can be made by a number of options. The best and easiest method is by credit card, either VISA or Mastercard. We can also accept money transfers through the banks. Currently, the position of CADD Solutions is that we do not accept payment over the Internet.


Shipping costs are dependant upon weight, distance and speed of delivery that is required. All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and are the discretion of the customer. Shipping can be by general mail or courier.

How do I place an order?

Once you have decided the products that you would like, email to our order desk to place an order. Be sure to supply all needed information. This information should include:
  • Product name(s)
  • Quantity required
  • Total price of products
  • Complete BILL TO: name and address
  • Complete SHIP TO: name and address
  • Method of shipping
  • PO# as required
  • Phone and Fax numbers
  • Your name and email address
  • When the information is received, a quote will be prepared, including current product pricing, taxes (where applicable) and shipping costs. The quote will be returned to you for verification by either fax or email, which ever you prefer. After approval and prepayment has been made, the order will be filled and shipped as per your instructions.
